How to solve the problem of invalid touch screen?
1. press down with much strength the 4 corners of the screen
the motive is to let the touchpad of the screen not to be close to the shell frame.
It is same to press the 4 corners at the same time or one after another.
2. Loosen a little the screws behind the screen
When the touchpad is too close to the screen frame of the shell, it seems that the touchpad is pressed always, so please open the shell and loosen a little the screws behind the display+control board. The touchpad may be close to the frame when the weather changes
3.If the problem is still not resolved
please replace the controller.
4.If the problem is still not resolved
please replace the controller & screen.
